The Antique Clock Collection

Take the Tour! Page 1 > 2 > 3 > 4 > 5
Recently, two children from the Somerset, Ohio area, were playing and accidentally knocked over a valuable antique clock that had been in the family many years. The back of the clock was broken open and to their surprise, revealed several very old photos. At closer examination, the mother's of the children realized that six of the photos were taken in Ava, Ohio at the crash sites of the U.S.S. Shenandoah in 1925. When the photos were discovered in 2002, a total of 77 years had passed. In recognition of the children we have named the photos the Antique Clock Collection and recognize the families of Vasquez and Miller and their children Brianna P. Vasquez and Lewis B. Strausbaugh for their discovery. At close examination, we find some interesting things revealed, but rather than point them out, we ask that you do your own analysis of what was recorded in 1925.
