Manchester Covered Bridge
Built in 1914. and 49 feet long, the bridge is now
by-passed by Sharon Township Road 3, just south of Olive
Green, off State Route 78.
In bottom photo is a picture of the Huffman Covered
Bridge, which was 50 feet long and also built in 1914.
On June 27, 1998 the Huffman Covered Bridge was destroyed
in a devastating storm & flood. To the right of
that photo are the names of six Noble County residents
who tragically lost their lives that same day. Noble
County Tourism dedicates this section of our website
